| you are: Wax
Interaction of wax with metals. When wax raw materials melt in the metal ware, free fat acids containing in wax co-operate with some kinds of metal, forming thus salts. Quality of received wax thus worsens, and colouring changes. At a refire chamber in pig-iron or iron ware wax becomes brown, in copper ware will become green. The ware from a white tin and luzhenogo does not cause some iron of considerable deterioration of wax. For preservation of high qualities at processing of wax raw materials use ware from food aluminium, stainless steel, luzhenogo gland, a white tin, and also enameled (without enamel damage) and wooden. It is impossible to suppose raw materials refire chamber in copper, pig-iron and iron ware.
