For preservation of high quality of honey at its realisation in the markets beekeepers should fulfil some requirements.
To Transport and store honey it is necessary in capacities from stainless steel, aluminium alloys or a tree (excepting an oak and coniferous breeds), and also in the glass and enameled ware.
