Grade of wax raw materials. Depending on percentage of wax raw materials (the cut out honeycombs) divide into three grades.
The First grade - voskovitost wax raw materials of 70% and more. To this grade carry dry white, amber or yellow, well appeared through honeycombs which do not contain the rests of honey and pergi.
The Second grade - voskovitost raw materials of this grade of 55-70%, To this grade is carried by dry dark and dark brown honeycombs which are appeared through in bottoms, not comprising the honey rests, pergi and other impurity, and also those of the honeycombs first grade in which contains on volume to 15% pergi.
The Third grade has voskovitost 40-55%. To this grade carry light honeycombs with a significant amount pergi, the dark-brown, black dry not appearing through honeycombs which have been not amazed molju and a mould and not comprising honey.
The Raw materials which are not meeting the requirements of the first, second and third grade, carry to vytopkam.
From voskovitosti wax raw materials its humidity depends. The more in it of not wax substances, the humidity of raw materials above. This results from the fact that perga, honey and cocoons absorb in itself a moisture. If the wax raw materials contain more than 10% of a moisture, it starts to grow mouldy and heat up, that reduces it voskovitost and reduces a wax exit at processing. Humidity of wax raw materials of the first grade of 0,1-0,5%, the second - 0,5-2,2%, the third - 2,2-3,8%.
