Indicators for which pay the award, and also the sizes of awards, establish taking into account the reached level of efficiency of beer families and labour productivity of beekeepers. Award workers of beekeeping in this case for excess of a level of production of honey, wax and another pchelovodnoj production which will reach in an economy for last 3-5 years, for achievement and excess of certain level of efficiency of beer families.
At an establishment of a maximum level of efficiency of bees consider achievements of the advanced economy, and also separate advanced beekeepers of area, area, edge. The minimum level of efficiency of beer families for which award beekeepers, can be up to standard of the indicators reached for last 3-5 years raised on 5-10%.
At an establishment of indicators for which award beekeepers, it is expedient to consider: total gathering of honey from one beer family on all apiary (in economy of a honey direction); reception of production of beekeeping and productivity of agricultural crops pollinated by bees (in economy of an opylitelno-honey direction); commodity output reception in cost expression (in economy razvedencheskogo directions) and increase in productivity of cucumbers (in economy of the closed ground).
Additional payment (encouragement). Because directors of state farms can establish additional payment (encouragement) to beekeepers for increase of efficiency of beer families, the superplanned organisation of beer families etc., in Russia it is recommended to pay additional payment at a rate of 50% of monthly earnings at safety in wintering of 98-100% of beer families and 30% of monthly earnings at safety in wintering of 95-97% of beer families.
For a superplanned gain of beer families at a rate of 10% from quantity of the families which are available on an apiary on the beginning of year, it is recommended to pay additional payment at a rate of 50% (at the organisation of new families of bees till June, 30th) and at a rate of 30% at their organisation in later terms.
