Awarding of beekeepers is made for an overfulfillment of the plan of reception of gross output taking into account its quality (honey, the wax, new beer families, queen bees etc.) at the rate to 20% from cost of superplanned production (on realizatsionnym to the prices). The concrete sizes of monetary awards for beekeeping brigades, links and separate beekeepers are established by the director of an economy in coordination with trade union committee. The maximum size of the award (20%) establish to a beekeeping brigade, a link or the separate beekeepers who have reached of the highest indicators in manufacture of beekeeping production. To the workers of beekeeping having different level of indicators of manufacture of beekeeping production, the equal size of the award should not be established.

Ministerial councils of republics instead of the specified awarding for an overfulfillment of the annual plan of manufacture of beekeeping production can establish for economy awarding of workers, including beekeepers, at a rate of 1% of annual earnings for each percent of an overfulfillment of the plan.

Directors of economy in coordination with trade union committee can establish higher sizes of awards for brigades, links and separate beekeepers by whom plans of production of beekeeping on the basis of more progressive specifications on work provided that these plans exceed the average level of manufacture reached in previous 3-5 years are established. They can raise to 25% the sizes of awards for foremen of brigades in whom performance standards (beekeeping production) are applied to beekeepers, normirovannye and the planned targets developed in basic on the basis of interbranch, branch and other progressive specifications on work, and the plans of production exceeding an actual average level of production, reached in the last 3-5 years.
