About the rights and duties of members and boards of gardening associations. In gardening association the public apiary can be organised. Responsibility for its organisation bears association board. If the public apiary in a garden is not present, employment by individual beekeeping should be encouraged, as apiaries serve basically for garden pollination. Number of beer families and activity of beekeepers-gardeners are regulated by frameworks of typical charters of gardening association of republics.
Proceeding from local conditions, in republics the question on number of beer families which are authorised to be contained on garden sites is differently solved.
Members of gardening association (according to the Typical charter of gardening association) have the right to contain In the Russian Federation to 5 beer families with obligatory observance of veterinarno-sanitary rules and without damage to normal rest of people on the next garden sites. In Ukraine these norms provide the maintenance on a garden site to 10 beer families, in Kazakhstan - to 5 families of bees.
At default of the decision of board by a member of association of its action are discussed by all members of association on general meeting. Any decision of board, especially on legal questions, gets force of the law only after its materials will be discussed on general meeting and offers of board will meet with approval by the majority of voices.
To affairs of gardening association cannot and there should not be indifference an administration, the party and trade-union organisations of the enterprise (establishment) at which it is created. Therefore in cases of excess of the rights association boards illegally punished members can address for assistance to administration of the enterprise or to a management of the district executive committee, fastened the signature and the press the charter of this association.
