Supervises observance of veterinary and zootechnical rules of the maintenance of bees on apiaries of economy and beekeepers-fans.
Together with workers of veterinary service carries out actions for struggle against illnesses and enemies of bees and protection of bees from a poisoning with pesticides.
Helps beekeepers-rationalizers with working out and introduction of offers on mechanisation of labour-intensive processes on an apiary, supervises work of trading-procuring points on beekeeping and renders them the necessary help. Will organise competition of beekeepers, participates in consideration of questions of beekeeping at sessions of boards of collective farms and meetings in state farms.
The Regional (interdistrict) livestock specialist on beekeeping has the right to check a beekeeping condition in collective farms, state farms and other economy and at beekeepers-fans, if necessary to make answerable the persons supposing infringements of zootechnical and veterinary rules.
