Time which is spent by the beekeeper at direct performance of those or other works on care of beer families, and time spent for performance of auxiliary operations, beer families necessary for service, concerns operative time. Specifications of operative time are specified in minutes in the basic beer family.

Time spent by the beekeeper on an apportion of the tool, stock, the equipment, and also on performance of some other works providing productive work of the beekeeper, is a workplace holding time This time is established at a rate of 2% from operative time.

Podgotovitelno-final time includes time spent by the beekeeper for preparation for work of materials, stock and the equipment, on their cleaning after work, washing of hands, putting on of an obverse grid and a dressing gown, and also on performance of some other actions connected with preparation for performance of the basic work and its termination. Podgotovitelno-final time is established at a rate of 8% from operative time.

Time necessary for rest and on various personal needs, including performance of physical gymnastics, is established at a rate of 7% from operative time.
