The Payment in beekeeping is carried out on by the job-bonus system. Monthly before calculation for received production wages to beekeepers pay under price-work quotations for amount of executed works (care of beer families) or for fulfilled time, proceeding from the tariff rates specified above, and the established norms of service of beer families.
After reception of production of beekeeping, its delivery on a warehouse and oprihodovanija its economy to beekeepers give out a difference between the wages added for production (for honey, the wax, new beer families etc.), and those wages, which are paid them (as advance payment) under price-work quotations or under tariff rates for fulfilled time on service of beer families. Between separate workers of an apiary surcharge (difference) for production is distributed proportionally to the wages added by it under price-work quotations or under tariff rates for fulfilled time on service of bees.
The Director of an economy has the right to establish an additional payment (encouragement) to beekeepers for increase of efficiency of the bees, full safety of beer families, the superplanned organisation of beer families etc. The general size of this additional payment for year should not exceed monthly earnings of the beekeeper.
